I needed something light & frothy to buck me up. Thankfully #Channel4 had a selection of films to stream for free. I selected "#Bros" only because it starred #LukeMacFarlane, a regular in the #ChristmasFilms I so adore. If you do not like camp gays, you will probably hate this movie. Personally, I found it quite thought-provoking as well as laugh-out-loud funny, thanks mostly to the lead #BillyEichner. It is not a great film, but it is worth a viewing.

Books: It's between "The Dark is Rising", "A Christmas Carol", and "Little Women". Maybe also "Great Expectations". Oh, and some classic M. R. James ghost stories.

Films: "It's a Wonderful Life" and "Trains, Planes, and Automobiles" (we don't celebrate Thanksgiving, so it has a more Christmassy feel for me).
