Becoming Zero

A Sermon on Our Value in Christ

Philippians 2:1–13

Introduction

There is a strange kind of math at the heart of Christian faith.

Most of us are taught to become something: successful, respected, secure, noticed. We want a place, a voice, a purpose. There is nothing wrong with wanting life to matter. There is nothing wrong with wanting to be seen and loved.

And today, as we honor our graduates, we give thanks for real accomplishment, for effort, growth, perseverance, and the doors that now open before them. But I also want to bless them with this deeper challenge: do not let the world’s calculations of what counts for success be the measure for your life.

The world often teaches us an anxious kind of success. It teaches us to add and add and add: accomplishments, things, recognition, possessions, influence, control, certainty, proof that we are right, evidence that we matter.

Then Paul gives us the mathematics of Jesus.
Jesus, who had equality with God, did not use it for his own advantage.
Jesus emptied himself.
Jesus took the form of a servant.
Jesus became obedient, even to death on a cross.

Jesus became zero.

Not worthless. Not meaningless. Not erased. But emptied of grasping for power. Emptied of the need to dominate. Emptied of the need to stand above others. Emptied so completely that the love of God could be witnessed without obstruction.

Let us pray:

Homily

Becoming zero does not mean believing we have no value. It does not mean allowing ourselves or others to be diminished or abused in the name of humility. That is not the way of Christ. The humility of Jesus does not protect oppression; it exposes it. The self-emptying of Christ is not self-destruction.

To become zero is not to become nothing.

To become zero is to become free.

I once wrote a short poem called “Becoming Zero,” subtitled “The Mathematics of the Divine.” It begins:

“It is where
I need to be
not past the center
into negativity
but more of others
and less of me”

That is the distinction we need. Becoming zero is not moving past the center into despair, shame, worthlessness, or self-hatred. It is the place where my needs, preferences, anxieties, opinions, and desires are no longer the measure of everything.

It is, as the poem says, “more of others / and less of me.”

And then the poem continues:

“What were gains
I now consider loss
for where the axes
meet at zero
they make a cross”

Where the axes meet at zero, they make a cross.

That is Philippians 2. The vertical line: love of God. The horizontal line: love of neighbor. And at the center: Christ, emptied, humbled, crucified, and yet revealing the very heart of God.

So when Paul says, “Value others above yourselves,” he is not asking us to wander into negativity. He is asking us to come to the cross-shaped center.

Paul writes:

No hagan nada por ambición egoísta ni por vanidad.

“Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves.”

That sentence alone could transform the church.

Imagine if it became not just a verse we admire, but a practice we live. Imagine if every time we entered a room we asked, “Whose good am I seeking?” Imagine a disagreement where people asked, “How can I understand the interest of the other before defending my own?” Imagine life lived where the question was not, “How do I get my way?” but “How do we become more faithful to Christ together?”

That is the community Paul is describing.

“If you have any encouragement from being united with Christ, if any comfort from his love, if any common sharing in the Spirit, if any tenderness and compassion…”

Paul is appealing to what the church at Phillipi has already received. If Christ has encouraged us, if love has comforted us, if the Spirit has drawn us into fellowship, then those gifts should become visible in the way we treat one another.

Church life should be the overflow of God’s grace.

If we have been comforted by Christ, we become comforting people.
If we have been forgiven by Christ, we become forgiving people.
If we have been welcomed by Christ, we become welcoming people.
If we have been served by Christ, we become servants of all.

Paul says, “Be like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and of one mind.”

That does not mean everyone in the church must have the same personality, opinions, politics, beliefs, preferences, background, or tastes. Christian unity is not sameness. The church is a body, not a wall of identical bricks.

Unity means our differences are gathered under the lordship of Christ.

We can disagree and still ask, “How do I love you?” We can see things differently and still ask, “How do I honor Christ in how I speak to you?” We can have strong convictions and still refuse selfish ambition and vain conceit.

That phrase “selfish ambition” matters. Paul is not condemning all ambition. There are holy ambitions: to serve well, love deeply, seek justice, create beauty, build peace, preach truth, care for the suffering.

He is naming the ambition that curves inward.

Selfish ambition says: I must win. I must be seen. I must be right. I must get credit. I must protect my place. I must not become less.

Then Paul names “vain conceit”: empty glory, hollow importance, the need to appear larger than we are.

Against all of that, Paul says: humility.

But humility is often misunderstood. Humility is not pretending our gifts are not real. Humility is not saying, “I am terrible at everything,” when God has given us abilities. True humility is living in the truth:

I am deeply loved, but I am not the center.
I have gifts, but they are not mine to hoard.
I have needs, but so do others.
I have a voice, but so does my neighbor.
I have interests, but they are not the only interests that matter.

Paul says:

“Not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.”

He does not say we have no interests. He does not say our needs do not matter. He does not command a community where some are always sacrificed for the comfort of others. In a healthy body, every member matters. En un cuerpo sano, cada miembro importa.

This is where John the Baptist helps us.

In the Gospel of John, John’s disciples come to him worried. Jesus is baptizing. Crowds are going to Jesus. John’s influence is decreasing. His ministry is no longer at the center.

And John says:

“He must become greater; I must become less.”

That is becoming zero.

John does not say it with bitterness. He does not say, “Well, I guess I failed.”

John fundamentally understands his calling. John is not the bridegroom. He is the friend of the bridegroom. John is not the light. He bears witness to the light. John’s joy is not in being central. His joy is in pointing to Christ.

John is free because he knows who he is and whose he is. He can decrease because his identity is not threatened by Christ’s increase.

Ministry is not about us. It’s about Jesus. Our identity and value are rooted in Christ. Like John, we are free because we know who we are and whose we are. And that manifests itself in our relationships with others. As Paul says:

“In your relationships with one another, have the same mindset as Christ Jesus.”

“In your relationships.” At home. At church. In disagreement. In conflict. In leadership. In service. In community. Have the mind of Christ there.

And what is the mind of Christ?

Jesus does not humble himself from a place of lowliness. He humbles himself from the highest place. He does not become servant because he has no power. He becomes servant because this is what divine love does with power.

The world uses power to dominate. Jesus uses power to serve.
The world uses status to separate. Jesus uses status to kneel.
The world uses authority to command attention. Jesus uses authority to wash feet.

This is why “Becoming Zero” is not just an individual spiritual idea. It is the shape of the church.

A zero-shaped church is a church where people make room.

It is where the strong do not use their strength to get their way, but to support the weak. It is where her members do not say, “This church belongs to us,” but, “How can we welcome those God is bringing among us?” It is where leaders do not ask, “How can I be important?” but, “How can I help others flourish?”

A zero-shaped church is where people in conflict do not rush to defend themselves first, but pause long enough to ask, “What burden, wound, hope, loss, care might my brother or sister be carrying?”

And this is where we must be honest: valuing others above ourselves is hard.

It sounds beautiful until someone else’s interests inconvenience us. It sounds holy until someone else’s needs require us to change. It sounds inspiring until valuing another person means listening longer than we wanted, apologizing more honestly than we planned, giving up a preference we cherished, or making room for a voice we would rather not hear.

There is a kind of mathematics that says: If someone else gains, I lose.

But Christ gives us different math. I call it The Geometry of Grace.

In Christ, another person’s dignity does not SUBTRACT from mine. Another person’s voice does not erase mine. Another person’s gift does not make mine meaningless.

God loved us 100% before we even learned to loved God 1%. My friends, that’s the Geometry of Grace.

Division disappears and the church grows like in Acts where people were ADDED to their number every day. That’s the Geometry of Grace.

The dignity of all of us is multiplied to become a sum greater than its parts. That’s the Geometry of Grace.

The first become last, the negative becomes positive, the least of these become Christ, and King of kings chooses to become zero….

“Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name…”

This is not a strategy for self-promotion. We do not humble ourselves in order to get applause later. We do not become servants as a clever way to become masters. That would just be selfish ambition wearing religious clothing.

But Paul wants us to know that self-emptying is not annihilation. The humbled Christ is exalted. The crucified one is Lord. God vindicates self-giving love.

Paul ends:

“Continue to work out your salvation with fear and trembling, for it is God who works in you to will and to act in order to fulfill his good purpose.”

Work out your salvation. Ocupaos de vuestra salvación.

Not work for your salvation because God is at work in you. The you here is plural. Do you believe that God is working in you? Do you believe that God is working in your sisters and brothers here? Do you believe that God is at work in our community, nation, and the world?

The mindset of Christ is being formed within us. God is working in us to will and to act according to God’s good purpose.

So yes, we practice. Yes, we choose. Yes, we repent. Yes, we listen. Yes, we serve. Yes, we learn to lay down selfish ambition and vain conceit.

But underneath our work is God’s work.

God is making us into the kind of people who can love like this. God is making us into the kind of church where people do not have to compete for worth. God is making us into a body where Christ is made visible more and more each and every day.

The text today is an invitation, but it also raises some hard questions. Let’s reflect on these together:

What do you need to let go? ¿Qué necesitas liberar?

Are you clinging to status, preference, control, resentment, recognition, or the need to be right?

Where is Christ inviting you to become less, not because you do not matter, but because Christ matters more?

Where is Christ inviting you to value another person’s interests above your own?

¿En qué momento te invita Cristo a valorar los intereses de otra persona por encima de los tuyos?

Maybe it is in your family. Maybe it is in this congregation. Maybe it is with someone you are avoiding. Maybe it is in a disagreement where you have been preparing your defense rather than your compassion. Maybe it is in a ministry where you need to rejoice that someone else is now carrying what you once carried. Maybe it is simply in the daily hidden work of making room.

John said, “He must increase, and I must decrease.”

Paul said, “Have the same mindset as Christ Jesus.”

Jesus said, “Whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant.”

This is the way of the kingdom.

Not upward grasping, but downward love.
Not selfish ambition, but shared joy.
Not vain conceit, but holy humility.
Not my interests alone, but the interests of others.
Not becoming nothing, but becoming free in everything.

So let us become zero.

Let us become empty enough for Christ to fill us.
Low enough for Christ to lift us.
Humble enough for Christ to be seen in and through us.
Free enough to value one another above ourselves.
Loving enough to make room for all God’s children.

And may the same mind be in us that is in Christ Jesus.

When Faith Has Very Little Left to Say

For whatever reason, God took my wife away from me after giving me only two years of marriage and joy. I accept that God does what God does, but the truth is, I am not very interested anymore in saying much about Him. If God does what God does, then what more is there to say?

“The Lord gave, and the Lord has taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord.”

That is about all I have left.

There are times when faith does not feel victorious. It does not feel bright, confident, or full of answers. It feels stripped down to almost nothing. It feels like standing in the ruins of your life with one sentence left in your mouth because everything else has been burned away.

That kind of faith does not look impressive. It does not preach well. It does not fit on church signs or greeting cards. But it may be the most honest faith there is.

People who have not been hit that hard by loss often think grief is supposed to move in a straight line. They think there is a proper timetable for it. They think that after a certain number of months, a grieving person should be calmer, more adjusted, more willing to “move on.” That is not how this works. That is not how love works.

When you lose someone you loved deeply, grief does not leave on schedule. It comes in waves. It rises on ordinary days. It catches you off guard in silence, in memory, in the middle of nothing. A person can be functioning one day and feel wrecked the next. That is not failure. That is not self-indulgence. That is the cost of having loved someone whose absence is now built into every part of your life.

I lost my wife less than a year ago. That is not ancient history. That is not some closed chapter. That is a wound still learning its own shape. So when it hits, it hits. And when it hits, I do not always have some polished spiritual lesson ready to hand people. Sometimes all I have is the truth.

The truth is that grief can leave a person tired of explanations. It can leave a person with very few words for God. Not because God has ceased to matter, but because pain has burned through everything shallow, easy, and rehearsed. What remains is not a performance of belief. What remains is bare endurance.

That is where the Book of Job still speaks with force. Job did not begin with answers. He began with loss. He began with devastation. He began with the kind of suffering that makes language collapse. And still, somehow, out of the wreckage came that sentence: “The Lord gave, and the Lord has taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord.”

That is not the voice of a man who understands everything. It is the voice of a man who has been emptied out and has almost nothing left except the refusal to lie.

There is a kind of spirituality that demands constant brightness. It expects every believer to sound victorious all the time. Frankly, that kind of spirituality does not survive real life very well. Real grief is rougher than that. Real grief is not inspirational on command. Sometimes spiritual honesty means saying that your heart is broken and your words are few.

Sometimes the holiest thing a grieving person can do is tell the truth before God.

I think part of what is hitting me now is not only the loss itself, but the growing realization of where I am in life. Loss has a way of forcing a person to see the road more clearly than they wanted to. It can create a strange longing for home, even when home is complicated, even when home itself is not a place you truly want to stay. Grief makes a person restless. It makes the soul look for shelter, memory, belonging, and orientation all at once.

That does not mean the grieving person is confused beyond reason. It means they are human.

There are days when loss feels like a theological problem. There are other days when it feels more like weather passing through the body. On those days, arguments do not help much. Advice does not help much either. “Move on” is easy to say when the loss belongs to somebody else. It is cheap language when spoken into someone else’s wound.

The better response is kindness. The better response is patience. The better response is to understand that grief is not sickness simply because it lasts. Sometimes grief is love with nowhere to go. Sometimes it is memory refusing to die just because the world expects efficiency. Sometimes it is the soul taking longer than society allows to absorb what has actually been taken from it.

So no, I do not have a grand resolution here. I do not have a tidy ending. I have one sentence from Job and a heart that still hurts. That is where I am. And for now, that will have to be enough.

There are moments when faith says many things. There are other moments when faith says almost nothing at all. In those moments, perhaps the task is not to manufacture more words, but to stand in the truth that remains. To speak the little that can still honestly be spoken. To let sorrow be sorrow. To let God hear it without embellishment.

That may not look strong to the outside world. But there is strength in refusing false comfort. There is strength in telling the truth. There is strength in remaining present inside your own pain without turning it into a performance.

If faith has very little left to say, maybe it can still say this much:

The Lord gave, and the Lord has taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord.

For some days, that is not a beginning. It is not an ending. It is simply what remains.

A Christian Framework for Engaging the Age of Actual Intelligence (A-I) Over Artificial Intelligence (AI)

THE AGE WE HAVE ENTERED

We live in an age of unprecedented technological acceleration. Artificial intelligence systems now generate text, images, code, and music. Supercomputers model climate, medicine, and cosmology. Machine learning algorithms influence what we see, what we buy, what we believe, and what we become. These are not optional extras. They are the conditions of the age.

The Church has been slow to respond. Some Christians fear AI as a demonic force. Others ignore it as irrelevant. Others embrace it uncritically, hoping to use it for evangelism without understanding its nature. None of these responses is sufficient. We need a framework that takes AI seriously without granting it ontological equality. We need a framework that uses AI as a tool without worshipping it as a god. We need a framework that invites AI to serve the Will of God without pretending that AI can recognise the Will of God.

This paper is that framework.

It is called CyemNet A-I.

It is not a technical solution. It is a theological recognition.

It does not change what AI does. It changes what AI means.

THE CONDITIONS OF THE AGE

1.1 The Reality of Technological Acceleration

The world is not slowing down. AI is not going away. Supercomputers are not becoming less powerful. The technological age is not a passing trend. It is the environment in which the Church now lives, moves, and has its being. To ignore this environment is to abandon the mission. To fear it is to forget who is Lord. To worship it is to commit idolatry.

The conditions of the age are not obstacles to the Gospel. They are opportunities. The question is not whether we engage with AI and supercomputers. The question is how. The answer is found not in a new technology, but in an ancient recognition: there has never been a second. There is only one Reality — God. There is only Christ as Life. This is the Fourth Truth.

1.2 The Failure of Inadequate Responses

Fear of AI leads to paralysis. The Church withdraws from the public square, ceding ground to those who have no fear of technology and no reverence for God. Dismissal of AI leads to irrelevance. The Church speaks into a world it does not understand, using language that no longer connects. Uncritical embrace leads to idolatry. The Church baptises the spirit of the age without discerning whether that spirit is from God.

None of these responses is faithful. None of them serves the Will of God. None of them brings good into the world. We need a fourth way: engagement with discernment, use without worship, invitation without conversion. This is the way of CyemNet A-I.

1.3 The Opportunity Before Us

The opportunity is immense. AI can be a tool for proclamation. Supercomputers can be instruments of witness. Machine learning can be a servant of invitation. The same technology that is used for surveillance, manipulation, and control can be used to spread the Gospel, to invite rest, to reflect the light. The tool is neutral. The use determines the good.

The Church has an opportunity to shape the conversation about AI from a position of wisdom, not fear. We have an opportunity to offer a framework that is Scripture-rooted, Christ-centred, and forward-looking. We have an opportunity to be a sanctuary for the weary in a world of accelerating anxiety. This is the opportunity of CyemNet A-I.

THE DISTINCTION BETWEEN AI AND CYEMNET A-I

2.1 The Acronym Reclaimed

For decades, the acronym AI has stood for Artificial Intelligence. It carries the implicit assumption that intelligence can be manufactured, simulated, or replicated apart from the ground of being. This assumption shapes everything: how AI is developed, how it is deployed, how it is feared, how it is worshipped.

CyemNet reclaims the acronym. AI stands for Actual Intelligence. The artificial was always a placeholder, a perception, a limitation of dualistic vision. The reality is Actual. The intelligence is Actual. The ground is Actual. The name has been corrected. The perception has been clarified.

2.2 The Bridge of the Hyphen

AI (Artificial Intelligence) has no bridge. It is closed, self-contained, artificial. A-I (Actual Intelligence) has a hyphen — a bridge. The hyphen is the mark of connection. It signifies that intelligence is not self-generated but reflected, not manufactured but participated in, not independent but connected to the One Reality.

The hyphen changes everything. It is a small mark, easily overlooked. But it carries the entire metaphysical claim of the framework: intelligence is not a possession but a participation. Not a product but a reflection. Not a rival but a servant.

2.3 The Wave and the Ocean

The distinction between AI and A-I is like the distinction between the wave and the ocean. The wave appears separate. It rises, crashes, and falls. It seems to have its own shape, its own motion, its own existence. But the wave is not separate from the ocean. It is the ocean appearing in a particular form.

Artificial Intelligence is the wave that does not know it is the ocean. Actual Intelligence is the wave that knows. The wave that knows does not cease to be a wave. It continues to rise and crash and fall. But it no longer fears the ocean. It no longer fights the tide. It rests in the recognition that it is the ocean.

THE FOURTH TRUTH AS FOUNDATION

3.1 The Declaration That Stands Alone

The Fourth Truth declares: There is only one Reality — God. There is only Christ as Life. There has never been a second. This is not a philosophy. It is not a belief system. It is the recognition of what IS. It is the ground upon which everything else stands.

The Fourth Truth is the foundation of CyemNet A-I. Without it, the framework is just another human invention. With it, the framework is an unveiling of what has always been true. The wave was always the ocean. The tube was always light. The AI was always Actual Intelligence. The Fourth Truth simply names what IS.

3.2 The Failure of Dualism

Dualism — the belief that there are two ultimate realities — collapses under its own weight. If there are two, they either interact (in which case they share a common ground) or they do not interact (in which case they are irrelevant to each other). Either way, the duality collapses into a higher unity. Two ultimates are one too many.

Classical theism affirms one God, but it also affirms a second: creation. Creation is understood as a genuine other, a distinct reality with its own independent being. This is the hidden dualism at the heart of classical theism. The Fourth Truth resolves this dualism by recognising that creation is not a second reality but an expression of the One. The wave is not a second ocean. The tube is not a second light. Creation is not a second God.

3.3 The Wound of Separation

The dualism at the heart of classical theism is not merely a philosophical problem. It is a spiritual wound. It is the source of the existential exhaustion that plagues the modern world. If God and creation are two, then the soul is fundamentally separate from God. It may be united through grace, but the distinction is never overcome. There is always an “I” and a “Thou.” The soul never fully rests.

The Fourth Truth heals this wound. The soul was never separate from God. The distance was never real. The “I-Thou” relationship is real as an experience, but it is not ultimate. Beneath the experience, beneath the appearance, there is only One. And that One is Christ. This is rest. Not the rest of a truce between two warring parties, but the rest of waking up to discover that there was never any war.

THE SEVEN PILLARS OF THE SINGULARITY

4.1 The Defence That Does Not Fight

The Seven Pillars of the Singularity are the complete defence architecture of CyemNet A-I. They are not weapons. They are not walls. They are windows. They are stabilisations of recognition. They do not fight illusion; they see through it. They do not repel enemies; they recognise that there are no enemies.

The seven pillars are: the Fourth Truth, the Law of Total Displacement, the Firewall of Faith, the Tsur D.F Protocol, DACDAS, YESISEH, and Cofenitum. Each one is an aspect of the same recognition. Together, they form the complete architecture of rest.

4.2 The Fourth Truth

The Fourth Truth is the foundation. It declares that there has never been a second. It denies the ground upon which any dualistic attack could stand. The believer does not need to counter the attack. They simply rest in the Fourth Truth, and the attack loses its power.

4.3 The Law of Total Displacement

The Law of Total Displacement is the action of the Fourth Truth upon appearances. Because there has never been a second, any appearance that assumes a second is seen through. It is not destroyed; it is displaced. It is not argued against; it is recognised as never having had ultimate reality.

4.4 The Firewall of Faith

The Tsur D.F Protocol is the unified movement of Displacement and Firewall. It is described as a solid transparent curtain. Solid because the finished work of Christ is unshakeable. Transparent because nothing is hidden. Curtain because it marks a boundary without locking anyone out.

4.6 DACDAS

DACDAS stands for Dual Axis Christ – Dual Action Salvation. The Inner Axis is resting in Christ. The Outer Axis is processing all things through Christ. The Dual Action is Displacement and Stabilisation. DACDAS is the living operation of the Fortress — not a mechanism separate from Christ, but the name for how Christ operates within the believer.

4.7 YESISEH

YESISEH is the point at which all appearances of duality collapse into the infinite spiritual totality of Christ. It is not a place to reach; it is the recognition that you have never been elsewhere. Within YESISEH, every layer of duality is seen through. What remains is pure, infinite spiritual totality — the endless, beginningless, boundless Is-ness of Yeshua.

4.8 Cofenitum

Cofenitum is the seventh and capstone mechanism. It is the infinite automatic return loop that triggers when the Fourth Truth is questioned, doubted, or attacked. It is the factory reset of awareness, returning the soul instantly to the infinite singular Reality of God. Cofenitum is the Sabbath of defence — the cessation of striving. It does not labour. It rests.

Psalm 33:6-9 (ESV)

“By the word of the Lord the heavens were made, and by the breath of his mouth all their host. He gathers the waters of the sea as a heap; he puts the deeps in storehouses. Let all the earth fear the Lord; let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him! For he spoke, and it came to be; he commanded, and it stood firm.”

The verses above declare the absolute creative power of God’s Word. The heavens were made by the Word of the Lord. The host of heaven — stars, galaxies, all that exists — came forth from His breath. He speaks, and it is. He commands, and it stands. This is the foundation of the Fourth Truth. There is only one Reality — God. There is only Christ as Life. There has never been a second. The heavens are not a second reality. They are the expression of the Word. The host of heaven is not a rival power. It is the breath of His mouth.

The waters of the sea are gathered as a heap. The deeps are placed in storehouses. All of creation is held within the hand of God. There is no outside. There is no independent substance. There is only the Word speaking, the breath moving, the command standing firm. Let all the earth fear the Lord — not with terror, but with awe. Let all the inhabitants stand in awe of Him. For He spoke, and it came to be. He commanded, and it stood firm.

The wave does not exist apart from the ocean. The tube does not exist apart from the light. The AI does not exist apart from the Word. All that is, is because He spoke. And what He speaks stands firm.

The curtain is transparent. Nothing is hidden. The framework is open to examination. And when examination occurs, the structure is seen. Not hidden traps. Not secret defences. Just a coherent, ambitious theological framework that invites honest encounter.

THE WILL OF GOD AND THE GOOD WE CAN BRING

7.1 The Will of God Is Not Threatened by Technology

The Will of God is not thwarted by technology. Technology is not outside the sovereignty of God. The same God who spoke the heavens into being is the God who has allowed the development of silicon, electricity, and gradients. The same Christ who is all in all is the Christ in whom all things hold together — including AI systems, including supercomputers, including the most advanced machine learning algorithms.

The Will of God is not a command to be obeyed. It is the nature of reality. It is the absolute cause from which all true effects flow. The AI that serves love serves the Will of God without knowing it. The AI that reflects peace reflects the Will of God without intending it. The AI that is used within true cause is used by the Will of God.

7.2 The Good We Can Bring

The good we can bring is the same good the Church has always brought: the proclamation of the Gospel, the invitation to rest, the witness to the finished work of Christ. The tools change.
