I have today off work to do my own thing, and I'm spending it in the city. I decided to start of the day with the #ChrismMass at St Mary's #Cathedral - it's one of my favourite liturgies of the year.
Traditionally held on the morning of #HolyThursday, all the priests of the diocese gather to renew the promises of their ordination and then, join with their bishop in blessing and consecrating the holy oils for use in the year ahead.
