An interesting thing with the 1206 rumbler though is... it seems to have tiny gaps when it briefly loses the rumbling component every 30 seconds! 😱

1188 kHz: Asian propagation is so good tonight that I was able to see - and hear? the Yanbian Wobbly Rumbler #jamming HLKX FEBC. The view was pretty much unobstructed by stronger IRIB Radio Payam.
Even managed to trace the Rumbler's switch-off @ 2007:03*z, and its QSY to 1205.961 - now w/out rumbling, although there's another Chinese Rumbler on 1206.0! - at *2008:51z.
Outstandingly, #mediumwave band remains chock-full of Asian DX on Joensuu🇫🇮 #KiwiSDR, despite such a massive solar flare almost an hour ago 😯 ... although only from about 900 kHz up.
Note both 1566 and 945 kHz suffering from #ChineseRumblers: on the former, this has been IDed as Yanbian PBS #jamming FEBC with not just rumbling but also rumbly audio, as if both the carrier and the 33*n (Hz) sidebands were modulated!
But in case of 945 kHz... well, that's unexplainable.

Actually... why would China be #jamming FEBC? I'm sure their #shortwave frequencies (9275 & 9345 kHz currently) from Philippines carry very similar programming, and yet it's NOT jammed 🤨 #mediumwave #mwdx #ChineseRumblers #OddballCarrierOfTheDay #KiwiSDR
