As disgusting as crimes like child molestation or rape are, even those accused of them are still entitled to due process under the law.

To be clear, I am not equating immigrants with #rapists or #childmolesters. I’m making a legal point: if our system guarantees due process to people accused of the worst crimes imaginable, why would we deny that same basic #constitutional protection to #immigrants?
