There are many different digital technologies that can be used at different points in a person’s life, from mental health promotion and prevention through to treatment and subsequent self-management. Many digital technologies are designed to be used in adjunct to established mental health treatments, not to replace them. A wide range of evidence-based digital interventions exist for children and young people, but it can be difficult for clinicians and the public to access these.
