Fort Bend nonprofit to host April awareness events for National Child Abuse Prevention Month

Child Advocates of Fort Bend is working with local officials and volunteer groups to raise awareness of child abuse through events and displays throughout the county. Last year, the nonprofit served nearly 3,500 children and families impacted by abuse or neglect. That number includes 2,075 children.
