"Sick in Bed" - 32.5 hours to draw.
"Sick in Bed" - the duvet is about half done. I am so tired of colouring wrinkles.
Sick in Bed - the first pillow is now finished. On to the next one.
Sick in Bed - the wrinkles in the pillowcase are making my eye twitch.
My hand is still bruised and painful but I can hold a paintbrush without too much pain. So I worked another hour on this piece. Slowly slowly building up layers of colour and detail.
I'm about 18 hours into this piece.

I worked again on Ferry Photo. The lighting in my work space (cough couch, living room) is way too yellow to do this piece justice. I'm painting it in a very cool colour scheme to capture the soft blues and greens of the Salish sea.
I'm about 14 hours into this piece.
Garden Walk - this piece took about 40 minutes from start to finish. I sketched quickly and loosely. The original was a 3x3 inch watercolour that I completed in January 2024.
