#ChicagoPublicSchools issued their #BlackStudentSuccessPlan last week, and it was immediately hit with a federal legal challenge. I have two reactions.

Fact: US schools fail to educate Black students to the level at which they are capable, which is the same level at which all students are capable.

Question: How can we better educate any group of students if we can't talk about their particular needs?
