Last day of lab. We tried to cook up a bunch of leftover ingredients and did a lot of cleaning. Here’s my experiment with leftover apples, will definitely make again.

Sometime after 2010 I got my spouse Madhur Jaffrey's "At Home" cookbook, and while I can't claim our cooking from it has been authentic, it has definitely been delicious. Tonight I made her recipe for Pakistani Tandoori-Style Fish (with tilapia because that's what we had in the freezer). It uses her homemade garam masala (heavenly), and I served it with her Vinegar-Chili-Onion Dipping Sauce using a honey & berry apple cider vinegar someone gifted us. Sooo good!
