PSA: We learned from lunch place today that the carparks around Church Corner (aka "Defacto China Town") area are now all under camera surveillance, with fines being issued for any vehicles overstaying the time limits. Apparently this is being done by the council, and not individual parking enforcement companies (which are more lenient)
Indeed, afterwards we saw a whole lot of very large and obnoxious looking new cameras on various rooftops
I get grumpy at our local TV station #CHCH who has #Forge out the back door and we get 15 minutes of NHL, MLB, NBA ... even frickin' Toronto Rock (don't get mad) on an evening when they win 3-1. Just a banner of the result.
Forge has a decent attendance, but local media could really add bums in seats with proper hype. Hamilton Sports Group (TiCats & Forge) works hard but needs help.
