Lawsuit demanded proof, got none. Multiple press FoIA requests (*freedom of info act*), for proof this guy caused a local panic, got none.
Now the city has to pay him $835M #damages - he lost his retirement job, missed his wedding anniversary & birth of a grandchild while in jail on $2M!! bond.
