La neige est là. Les uns s’en amusent, d’autres enragent. Dans les régions peu habituées au phénomène, quelques centimètres de manteau blanc paralysent villes, routes et autoroutes. Des services techniques sont dépassés, en veulent à Météo-France qui semble avoir convoqué la neige, les canadiens rigolent, les enfants se réjouissent de ce don du ciel.
