It is vital to retain absolute faith that you can and will prevail in the end, regardless of the difficulties, and at the same time confront the most brutal facts of your current reality, whatever they might be.’

To enable significant change requires help from others. And those others will only willingly offer help when change facilitators walk the talk. Leaders of change espouse big, bold visions. Change will never happen without an internal felt need for change. Until the person, or leadership team, feels dissatisfaction coming from within, change will be hard to muster and sustain.’
