Aren't limes lovely? Such pretty colors, the enchanting fragrance, and that perfect balance of tart, bitter, pungent, & sweet flavors. My favorite is the Kalamansi. When I lived in SoCal, among my citrus trees were a Mexican lime & a Kalamansi lime. So good!
