Yesterday evening, instead of spending a couple of hours playing Zelda TOTK, i put on #V5F and went for an improvised run in #lyon

I went slow, got suprised by HR around 130.

10k through parc de la Feyssine and parc Tête d'Or, i was almost the only one there (apart the cop car uging people to leave parc by loudspeaker)

Easy 12 k #VFF improvised #running in #lyon to shake off last night's alcohol.

Have trouble decoraleting higher cadence / higher speed thence higher HR.

Not a problem with those distances but I am not improving endurance...
