New work - "Child of the Rock"

A small ceramic sculpture inspired by prehistoric portable art. I have reimagined these ancient artifacts as an abstract cloaked, formless figure that looks like it has been carved out of rock.

My new work explores themes of modern idenity through materials and forms that bridge past and present.

By drawing on ancestral motifs and using materials once essential to early human survival, I’m investigating how our connection to the environment, and to each other, continues to evolve.

It’s a dialogue between past and present, tradition and transformation.
