जनगणना 2026: भारत सरकार के घोषित की तारीखें, 1 अप्रैल से शुरू होगा पहला चरण; इस बार डिजिटल होगी जनगणना

India News: भारत सरकार ने जनगणना 2026 की तारीखें घोषित कर दी हैं। रजिस्ट्रार जनरल ने बताया कि पहला चरण, हाउस लिस्टिंग ऑपरेशन, 1 अप्रैल 2026 से शुरू होगा। इसमें घरों की स्थिति, सुविधाएं और संसाधनों की जानकारी एकत्र की जाएगी। दूसरा चरण फरवरी 2027 से होगा। यह जनगणना डिजिटल होगी और मोबाइल ऐप का उपयोग होगा। 34 लाख से अधिक गणनाकार इस काम में लगेंगे।

डिजिटल जनगणना की खासियत

जनगणना 2026 पूरी तरह डिजिटल होगी। लोग मोबाइल ऐप के जरिए स्वयं जानकारी दे सकेंगे। यह प्रक्रिया पारदर्शी और तेज होगी। हाउस लिस्टिंग में घर की संरचना, कमरों की संख्या और सुविधाओं का ब्योरा लिया जाएगा। सरकार यह भी पूछेगी कि घर का मुखिया महिला है या अनुसूचित जाति/जनजाति से है। यह कदम देश की सामाजिक-आर्थिक स्थिति को समझने में मदद करेगा।

जातिगत आंकड़े भी शामिल

इस बार जनगणना 2026 में जातिगत जानकारी भी एकत्र की जाएगी। यह निर्णय सामाजिक संगठनों की मांग पर लिया गया। हाउस लिस्टिंग में घरों में मोबाइल, टीवी, इंटरनेट, वाहन और ईंधन के उपयोग की जानकारी ली जाएगी। साथ ही, पानी, शौचालय और बिजली की सुविधाओं का ब्योरा दर्ज होगा। राज्यों से गणनाकारों की नियुक्ति जल्द करने को कहा गया है।

दो चरणों में होगी प्रक्रिया

जनगणना दो चरणों में होगी। पहला चरण अप्रैल 2026 से शुरू होगा, जिसमें मकान सूचीकरण होगा। दूसरा चरण फरवरी 2027 से शुरू होगा, जिसमें व्यक्तिगत जानकारी जैसे शिक्षा, रोजगार और सांस्कृतिक विवरण एकत्र किए जाएंगे। 1.3 लाख से अधिक जनगणना अधिकारी इस काम को अंजाम देंगे। यह भारत की 16वीं जनगणना होगी, जो स्वतंत्रता के बाद 8वीं बार होगी।

Crikey wrote a piece on the machinations of the debate in Parliament regarding the questions to be included in the 2026 Census.
And of course this centred on gender diversity. It seems to me that it is imperative that the ABS collects this data to enable governments to possess accurate information about the cross section of modern Australian society.
But what has emerged is that Anthony Albanese is so scared of what Dutton will do if these questions are added, he’s backed down.
This has become a characteristic of Albanese’s
government. He is so pathetically weak he won’t govern the country in a responsible manner in order to avoid any negative backlash from the opposition leader.
He has framed his government as Crikey points out, as not confident and a one that needs to be reminded it actually ‘did’ win the last election and people want it to represent their best interests, not those of Peter Dutton.
No one is interested in petty politics or voting for a weak leader, which Albanese clearly is.
He has let so many people down with his lack of conviction and willingness to cave into lobbyists
