Molly WhiteCelsius Unsecured Creditors Committee is proposing bringing charges against Alex Mashinsky and other Celsius execs for breach of fiduciary duty, breach of directors' duties, avoidance actions.
I've just skimmed it (it's 150 pages long) but it looks pretty heavily based in the recent examiner's report.
