Everytime I have to create an #SBGN diagram, I go through the same hell of trying out different dedicated applications. Only to end up using #CellDesigner, followed by #Inkscape.

Thanks @CCThinnes from the @ines_thiele lab for the introduction of the #VMH database at the #SmartAge winterschool in Kiel - love the rather new features of the recon maps and its export to #celldesigner compatible XML. Will have a look into that.
