I was nearly done the 90 minute drive to a dear colleague’s spouse’s funeral service and my ex texted me for first time in weeks about the death of one of my musical favorites.

What a day.

One eulogy (in the church!) did include a guy taking a shot of Jack Daniel’s and tuna juice though so it is a memorable day for good reasons too.
