A large and increasing number of Americans are horrified to see our tax dollars being used to fund the genocide of Palestinians. Meanwhile, the US is blocking any form of accountability at the UN. We must send a message to President Biden that this is not acceptable.
The NC Democratic primary ballot has only 2 options: "Joe Biden" and "No Preference." I hope people of conscience will join me and thousands of other North Carolinians in choosing the one of these that didn't send an extra 14 billion US tax dollars for military aid to support Israel's assault on Gaza. Israel's military assault would end in days if the US stopped paying for it.
Make no mistake - we’re not trying to help Republicans in the general election. We’re trying to get Biden to support a ceasefire, which will help him in the general since over 60% of Americans across the political spectrum are already pro-ceasefire. And of course it's more like 80% here in the Triangle where I live. We’re in the majority, but we don’t have billions of dollars to buy elections like AIPAC. All we have is our votes so we must use them!
