I've made the cauliflower cheese again in the #Thermomix

Note to self: the cauliflower can be steamed outside the Thermomix while weighing out ingredients etc. as it'll be easier.

Getting 2nd Shingles vax today and thought "As a treat, let's try again to make that British favorite dish: Cauliflower Cheese, but this time, let's do it right with real Red Leicester." Much better results than last time. I do like smaller florets than others, and maybe the black pepper is not traditional, but otherwise: success, I think?

Not gonna feel like cooking later, so this will be a gift to future me. 😁 Maybe I can get J to eat some vegetables this way. Thank you, UK, for showing us the way.

I made #CauliflowerCheese to go with dinner, with a particularly large cauli and lots of sauce. The kids had one floret each. ONE.

My husband and I have basically eaten a large #cauliflower between us, along with toad in the hole, mash, cabbage and gravy.

I am so stuffed.
