Cette peinture s'appelle La naissance. Elle fait partie de la série Lilliput's land, tout petit format à l'encre cette fois (15/19 cm). C'est une palette paréidoliaque, le hasard fait bien les choses, je la trouve très réussie (j'y ai juste ajouté des yeux).

Je suis repartie sur les routes. Arrivée prévue ce soir à Valence puis rencontres dans les classes et salon de Châtillon Saint Jean.

Au cas où vous ne l'auriez pas encore remarqué ;) , je prends énormément de plaisir à nommer mes peintures etc. Pour moi, ça fait partie du travail, c'est un tout.

This painting is called The birth. It’s part of the Lilliput’s Land series, a tiny inch piece (15 x 19 cm). It’s a pareidolic palette; chance has worked its magic, and I think it’s turned out really well (I’ve just added some eyes).

I’m back on the road. I’m due to arrive in Valence this evening, followed by visits to schools and the art fair in Châtillon-Saint-Jean.

In case you haven’t noticed yet ;) , I really enjoy naming my paintings and so on. For me, it’s part of the work—it’s all part of the package!

Bonsoir tout le monde, ce soir, c'est le Drawing is free number 30 pour moi donc les portraits dessinés du lundi soir.
Cette fois, plume, pinceau et encre. Je suis arrivée un peu tard, je n'ai pas pu en faire beaucoup.
Avant cela, j'ai fait une petite peinture de la série Lilliput's land mais je n'ai pas encore trouvé de noms.

Good evening everyone, tonight marks my 30th ‘Drawing is free’ session, so here are the portraits I drew on Monday evening.
This time, I used a pen, brush and ink. I arrived a bit late, so I didn’t manage to do many.

Je suis heureuse de vous annoncer que trois de mes peintures à l’aquarelle de la série Lilliput’s land seront exposées lors de l’exposition collective Postcard size à la Galerie OpenBach de Vincennes. Nous serons 120 artistes et les œuvres seront de diverses techniques mais avec comme particularité d’être toutes de la taille d’une carte postale. Elles seront bien-sûr toutes disponibles à la vente.

L’inauguration aura lieu le jeudi 2 avril de 16h à 22h.

La galerie se trouve 21 rue du Lieutenant Heitz à Vincennes.

I am delighted to announce that three of my watercolour paintings from the Lilliput's Land series will be on display at the Postcard Size group exhibition at the OpenBach Gallery in Vincennes. There will be 120 artists exhibiting works created using a variety of techniques, but all with the distinctive feature of being the size of a postcard. They will, of course, all be available for purchase.

The three paintings are called:

. My inner self and the squinting octopus
. Kisses

The opening will take place on Thursday 2 April from 4pm to 10pm.

The gallery is located at 21 rue du Lieutenant Heitz in Vincennes.

The exhibition will be open to the public every Wednesday in April from 2pm to 6pm.

If you would like to say hello, I plan to be there for the opening.
