Cat West@heafnerj gave the cats a self propelled ball that bounces around for Christmas. He is addicted, she is disgusted (typical reaction). When the ball needs charging, he drags it by the string and over to me and drops it and stares. When he wants to start the play, he drags it over to me to turn it on for him. #CatServant

Tippy isn't having a good morning, so neither am I.
Since roommate's spawn has show up, he's been on what I've called "protective custody". Mostly protecting him from himself. And for the most part, he's been great about it.
This morning though, he won't leave the door alone, won't listen & he's getting as frustrated as I am. It is to the point I've stopped telling him no & moving him away from the door (even after a brief time out of the room since Spawn is asleep) because I'm afraid of triggering him. That flicking tail tells me enough!
My hand is nearly healed & I *just* finished my antibiotics from his episode last week. No repeats needed, thanks.
It just doesn't help that I'm really not feeling well & of all mornings, this is the one. I just want to *sleep *

I had a nice long post written and the it just went poof...so...I'm going to take that as a hint from the universe.
Long story short....Tetanus shots make you tired and when you already have chronic fatigue and anemia? Holy crap dude.
Both myself and Tippy's other "victim" are fine. It's just a wake up call that his PTSD is still a work in progress and probably will be for a very long time. The good thing is that she doesn't blame him and realizes she made the mistake and recognizes he's an animal and a traumatized one at that.
The body is a bit peeved from the half hour walk uphill to the walk in...I won't tell you what my BP was just that it was hiiiiiiigh.
Tippy is alright. He's honestly been a lovebug and somehow I think on some level he knows he hurt me. I know he didn't mean to. It just continues to break my heart that the kitten I raised went thru so much trauma .

Slept for like 12 hours only to get woken up 3 hours before Tippy's vet appt and told I need to find a ride because of a pull over and a fix it ticket.
So likihood is, Tippy won't be going for his checkup on his ears today.
Why couldn't the cop have done his work tomorrow?
