Came across some #nekochigura (or nekotsugura) at Roadside Station Kitashinshu Yamanouchi, Nagano Pref., while returning from a skiing trip to Shigakōgen. Better known in the adjacent Niigata Pref., these straw cat baskets are quite pricey, but takes a skilled person a couple of weeks to weave. #CatBasket #Japan
