Some #ClassicTV before bed. An episode of #HyperionBay from 1998. This was the first of 3 opening themes they used. Loved this show when it was new. Was seriously smitten with #SydneyPenny #ChristinaMoore AND #CassidyRae! Later, they added #CarmenElectra! That did not help my poor ❤️! 😜 #90sTV

#HyperionBay s1e1 (1998) - 8/10

1️⃣ Slow-moving pilot. Light on plot, but heavy on character and character conflict.

2️⃣ It wastes no time getting to the core of the show. Scene 1 introduces #MarkPaulGosselaar and tells us he has returned to his home town after a long period, with his new lady (#SydneyPenny) in tow. Scene 2 is where they meet his high-school crush (#CassidyRae) and her Neanderthal husband. It works. You are pulled in, and you want to see how it all plays out.
