Most Oxford colleges have student organisations called JCRs. These have budgets around £60K a year and often a lot goes unused. I would like to change their constitution with a plan to become #net-zero by 2029. Does any one have any thought on #carboncredits and #carbonbudgets and about how best to implement this?

The article describes the weakening of the Greater Manchester Combined Authority's sustainability policies, we believe as a concession to developers.
We had no notice of the changes but with other community and campaigning groups were able to argue against them. We have to wait to see what the Inspectors will conclude but aren't optimistic.
