Michael MecklerA few weeks ago I posted about learning how to use the nonstick Caraway cookware I received over the holidays. Today I tried for the first time to cook pancakes on the larger skillet, and it was an unqualified success. I had the pan on high heat for about two minutes or so, then reduced the heat to medium. As you can see in the photos, the pancakes turned out beautifully, and with no oil in the pan, I was easily able to flip and remove the pancakes.
