#capoeira last night: My feet are recovered enough that I tried class without shoes. It's still a bit painful but not as bad as last week. We did more practice with directional movements and setups for takedowns, and counters for said takedowns. I appreciated that because when we did those drills last week I had to sit and watch to rest my feet, so today I got to apply them.
Beginner's class had THREE beginners. My empire grows!
