I used a technique suggested by @[email protected] with a bit of a twist.
After adding, in Affinity, a black layer with opacity at 30% (soft lights) I added another layer, orange this time - HEX FF8000 - which approximates the colour of a physical orange filter, set opacity at 35% (soft lights) and here it is. Quite pleased with the result
