"No Time" is a song by Canadian #rock band #TheGuessWho, composed by guitarist #RandyBachman and lead singer #BurtonCummings. There are two versions of the song. The original recording was done for The Guess Who's album #CannedWheat. But it is the re-recording (as featured on the #AmericanWoman album) that was released as a single in 1969 and is the better-known. It is slightly faster in tempo and has the two verses transposed.

"Laughing" is a popular song by Canadian #rock band #TheGuessWho. It peaked at #1 on the #CanadianSinglesChart for a single week and at #10 on the United States' #Billboard #Hot100, becoming the band's second single to reach the Top 10 on the latter. It became their second of three gold records in the United States and also made the Top 20 on singles charts in New Zealand and South Africa. It appeared on their 1969 album, #CannedWheat.

Butt back on deck with some bourbon: one of two versions of this song Randy Bachman says was inspired by his neighbor in the mid-60s up yonder in Canada, Neil Young, who had played for Randy some stuff that would be on The Buffalo Springfield’s debut. The other version, off of The Guess Who’s “American Woman,” is the better known version and became a hit. The Buffalo Springfield influence is a little more obvious here.

Una brano STUPENDO di una band canadese IMMENSA (i #TheGuessWho) che davvero nella storia del #rock sono a mio avviso sempre stati molto sottovalutati e poco ascoltati, mentre invece dovrebbero stare nell'olimpo dei grandissimi.

Questa #Laughing viene dal loro quarto album del #1969 #CannedWheat che parte con un brano quasi sentimental-nostalgico e poi diventa una ballata rock.
Ma tutto l'album è un capolavoro incredibile, dove vai peschi bene.
