For #Halloween, I was considering getting a bonfire going and throw some Fascists on the fire. But that is against the law, no burning rubbish. #ElbowUp

Turkey roasting in the oven with harvest stuffing (moist stuffing with carrots, mushroom, leek, celery, apple, craisins), roasted candied yams, baby carrots fresh harvested from the garden with a hint of curry and fresh parsley, mashed potato, gravy, green beans, and (of course) homemade apple *and* pumpkin pie for dessert.

The house smells wonderful, and I’m hungry! Happy Thanksgiving!
(Happy leftovers day to everyone who feasted yesterday!)

Today is #CanadianThanksgiving ... if it was me I'd rename it to "harvest festival"... I can clearly understand the want, the need to celebrate the last harvest of the year before the winter... Because Mexico "doesn't have seasons" there's no equivalent in my original culture.. As a consumer of "Hollywood media" i knew more about the UnitedStatian Thanksgiving where the tale of the indigenous and the invaders shared a meal... anyhow.. I cooked for 10 yesterday.. here are some shots, at the end I don't have photos of the served plates because I was finishing cooking and serving.. but here some of the preparation...
Mashed potatoes, green beans with almonds and capers... roasted carrots with a hint of honey.. and turkey stuffing, croutons with veggies and cranberries.. (1/2)
