This is the tomb of Sir Wilfrid Laurier, Canada's 1st francophone prime minister and one of only two PMs (the other is Sir Robert Borden) to be buried in Ottawa.
The nine women represent the provinces of Canada at the time of his death.

No.
Not only would Einstein be in his 50s, but the Canwood Canucks didn't exist until 1958.
