The house is back on the truck!
I’ve been at the junkyard since November 10, but it’s finally time to plan on getting home.
Sounds like the Junkmaster’s sale of the property is finally going through!
Was supposed to close at the first of the year, but the buyer asked for more time to arrange his financing.
All seems to be in order now!

Warm enough in bed, especially with the dog spooned up under the blanket.
I left the hot plate on after making coffee for more BTUs!

We have a resident Junkhawk here in the yard.
I haven’t bothered with binoculars, I’m assuming it is a red tailed hawk, they are common here in the Willamette Valley.
See him perching on a few different trees on most days.
I’ve also spotted a very small raptor, possibly a falcon prowling the property.

Just picked up some powdered hot cocoa mix for coffee flavor.
