With my #WeightLoss, my total weight hasn’t changed in all of January so I’m recording everything I eat for the next week to check that I’m still eating to my calorie goals, but what does appear to have changed is my body fat percentage, -as calculated by my home smart scales, so may not be perfectly accurate, has gone down from 38.8% to 38.5% #Health #CalorieCycling #caloriedeficit

#CalorieCycling I was working today, and usually my work days are my #low #calorie days, which for me means aiming for 1700 calories, but due to the weather being hotter than I expected (so I didn’t want the soup I had planned for lunch) and an impromptu family blackberry foraging trip (which both made me want to eat pancakes because they go well with blackberries and because I needed a very quick dinner afterwards) I ended up eating quite differently from how I typically do on my low calorie days. I just checked and the macros weren’t ideal, but it still ended up around 1700. #healthy #food

Breakfast: porridge with my home preserved plums, coffee with milk.
Lunch: egg omelette with cheese, corn, greens and onions, kewpie mayonnaise, iced coffee with milk & artificial sweetener
Dinner: protein pancakes with blackberries, yogurt, almonds and apricot.
