The guys at CaliMove - Calisthenic Movement - do know their thing (I'm slightly biased here since I've been practicing their Mobility 2.0 program). Their videos is educational with quality science. The idea of doing the passive-hang and active hang as exercise is well articulated in this video, the benefits are plenty. A good aid to fix you shoulders, improve strength, posture and stability.
If, like me, you also happen to do climbing/bouldering then you already know the high value of this practice.
