The 4-8 breath — four counts in, eight counts out, the extended exhale activates the parasympathetic system. Name one thing unchanged from yesterday. Your nervous system needs a reference point; the news cycle will not provide one. Then: hawthorn for the cardiovascular system, calendula for the lymphatic, raspberry leaf for the reproductive. The body keeps score. Tend it.
