«Dalle analisi [...] 🦑

‘Calamari’ by Kakihara

A mellow tune overhead made me notice the industrial ceiling pipes when I entered a new restaurant in Hampton’s historic Phoebus area. Ella Fitzgerald’s “They Can’t Take…

I was kinda tired and trashed last night. We had closed the art show — it was still open for a few hours this afternoon — and when I got home it was pretty late.

I drank several shots of Grand Marnier, but all my friends were most likely asleep. The next best solution was to get nostalgic, have a mini-emotional crisis, and post the results here. 😹

I probably will not have a show for at at least another year, where I'll show what I am working on now — IF I can make it!

This afternoon, the local fish market breaded these calamari I prepared (second photo). I am experimenting on how to make them look like spiders for a Halloween party next weekend. I used toothpicks — which was not bad, but dangerous, so I'll try some other methods soon.
