Spending the holidays with the flu was awful but I was well in time to facilitate my first public, in-person cacao ceremony since 2019. My altars and ceremonies always honor the non-human animals. Yesterday we journeyed with animal helping spirits and did a ritual of protection for the North American gray wolves while working with sacred cacao plant medicine. I have so missed this.
