Auch Brasilien hat ein Notfall-Warnsystem, mit dessen Hilfe die Einwohner/innen beispielsweise rechtzeitig über gefährliche Wetterereignisse informiert werden sollen. Vor einer Woche erreichte ein Alarm eine unbekannte Anzahl von Smartphones in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Paraná und im Distrito Federal. Der Inhalt der Alarmmeldung lautete: "Alerta extremo - Defesa Civil:misantropi4." Also höchste Alarmstufe des Zivilschutzes, Gegenstand: Misantopia (Menschenhass).
