Other fun #localisms in my #CoastTimeYear include ag folks being completely unimpressed with bald eagles. As one neighbor put it, "Fucking trash birds eat my ducks." As a #CTYankee transplant I had never seen one outside of the zoo until I moved here and I mentally giggle at this version of our national birb.
