Cool, but not $4600 cool. Not sure about this combination but still props++ for the effort to create a matching case underneath. Likely a similar setup (even with a RGB modded console) can be built for about $1500 (or sub-1k if you wait enough, even lower if you can live without a 4:3 mask). Most of it would be the BVM.
