Supper on Wednesday, March 11th. #BeefStew, #Crackers. Beef stew and other foods are retort pouch foods. I received it from the hospital as a test meal the day before my colonoscopy, and I boiled it in hot water and ate it. It was a small portion, bland, and not very satisfying.
