There is a Winter Weather Advisory for northwestern/southwestern San Juan Mountains, Elkhead, Park Mountains, the Flat Tops, Gore, Elk Mountains/central mountains valleys, Grand Mesa, Battlement Mesa, west Elk Mountains, & Sawatch Mountains in Colorado today (March 31st) from 6 pm until tomorrow at 9 pm. Snow expected. Totals accumulation of 6 to 12 inch wirh higher accumulation possible on the higher peaks. Wind gusts up to 50 mph possible. Roads will become slippery in spots, especially through mountain passes. Travel could be difficult. The hazardous conditions will impact the Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning commutes.
