Well... Part of me is just done with today... I feel tired, disappointed, a little angry, annoyed, bummed... And I notice that so many things are triggering me right now.
So, if I'm ill, let's see if my body feels better if I treat it that way...
Gonna head to bed, watch something on my phone and should I doze off, then I probably needed it...
Maybe some forced bed time is what I may need to recover? Only one way to find out...
