This is the #courtyard of the hotel directly opposite #Budapest #Keleti railway station, where I spent last night. Over the past 16 hours, I’ve managed to take lots of interesting photos in #Hungary, but this one is somehow special. I had to ask several people to help me get permission to enter the courtyard in the first place.

I took this photo with my #fisheye lens. I then removed the typical barrel distortion. Today’s #PhotoSuggestion asks for perspective distortion – which is why I think this photo fits quite well.

On a Sunday in March. With the small orangery behind us, the view to the Great Orangery, part of Charlottenburg Palace. A beautiful, not too cold spring day. Maybe I should start photographing in color again. Well, or not. Exposed slightly brighter in the RAW editor. Otherwise as from the cam using a black and white recipe. I'd love to play with these recipes more, but Fuji unfortunately doesn't provide an easy way to save and load recipes as far as I can see - e.g. from the memory card. Too bad.

An einem Sonntag im März. Mit der kleinen Oragnerie im Rücken, der Blick auf die Große Orangerie, Teil des Charlottenburger Schlosses. Ein schöner nicht zu kalter Frühlingstag. Vielleicht sollte ich nun wieder mehr in Farbe fotografieren. Naja, oder auch nicht. Im RAW Editor etwas heller belichtet. Sonst wie aus der Cam unter verwendung eines Schwarz-Weiß-Rezepts. Ich würde gerne mehr mit diesen Rezepten spielen, aber Fuji sieht leider, so weit ich das sehe, keine einfache Möglichkeit vor, Rezepte zu speichern und zu laden - z.B. von der Speicherkarte. Schade.
