I'm shocked this didn't happen earlier.

I fully expected Trump would force out 1-2 #SCOTUS judges - even extremists like Alito - to put in his own preferred lackeys.

With midterms looking bad, I would not be surprised by a sudden rush to replace Alito (and probably Thomas)

Sure, they ruled Biden couldn't waive student debt (despite an Act of Congress for that point). But I never thought they'd say no to the #AmericanClownEmperor
