OK, I have to cook that pork that has been marinating in the refrigerator for 48 hours.
Last night, I got lazy and made nachos, instead, because it was easier, but I don't want the pork to go off.
It's marinating in fish sauce, dark brown sugar, and lemongrass paste. I'll go start some rice soaking in a minute, then once the rice cooker is going, I'll chop up some hot green peppers and stir-fry the pork and peppers.
