It's clear that #religion does nothing to contribute to morals and ethics. It is better at producing false claims of superiority, excuses for mistreatment and false sense of relief of all past malicious actions. #Religion is also good at hijacking positives as a win for spirituality, while attributing negatives to #individual.
So, now we know significant shares of #political #landscape isn't really interested in protecting children. Therefore, #CSAM excuses are all #TrojanHorse for #rights #violations.
On the other hand if there were trustworthy smartphones and computers, with software that fully respects #privacy and #confidentiality and #integrity, maybe some of those children would've been able to cease a rare opportunity to communicate. That's now made difficult by ever decreasing (digital) rights.
As a psychologist, privacy and confidentiality are linked to data security practices.
Gmail scans and reads your mails and attachments.
Facebook messenger is not encrypted.
Whatsapp collects metadata from messages/calls from your clients and sells it. And pitches something to them.
Maybe harmless for perfumes. Maybe not that harmless for alcohol, porn, cigarettes, gambling. Especially for people who struggle with these.

That "private" email exchange with a client on your Gmail business address? Can be read by Google. Same for attachments either in-mail or on your Google Drive.
Those "private" non-encrypted messages on Facebook Messenger? Not so private.
Even Whatsapp, which is encrypted, collects metadata. There's a chance that, say, metadata from messages/calls from your clients can be used to profile them.
And pitch something to them.
Maybe harmless for perfumes. Maybe not that harmless for alcohol, cigarettes, clothes, gambling. Especially for people who struggle with these.
Privacy and confidentiality are not only confined to your mouth. They are embedded in the very way in which we interact with the internet. Which is exactly why we must do better โ๏ธ
